Basic Instinct Original and II (DVD)

What it's about: A writer (Sharon Stone) who might be a potential killer gets involved with the detective (Michael Douglas) assigned to her case. In the second one, she gets involved with the psychiatrist (David Morrissey) assigned by Scotland Yard.

What I thought of it: We watched both movies back to back and I must say that I prefered the first one. The second one was very similar to the first one, except for the ending. It wasn't bad, but I'm just glad they were rentals.

My favorite scene/quote: In the second movie, when Catherine (Stone) is being questioned about the accident in which she was involved:

Roy Washburn: What were you doing at 100 miles per hour?
Catherine Tramell: He was making me cum. And it was 110. We must've hit a pothole.
Roy Washburn: Kevin Franks died. You don't seem very worried.
Catherine Tramell: I'm devastated... I may never cum again.

Not bad movies, beyond suggestive - not bad rentals!
